2026-04-05We engaged MrFlood Ltd to carry out an ATP sampling survey at our premises ahead of opening our new restaurant. Despite using multiple cleaning firms beforehand, contamination levels remained high, as confirmed by both previous tests and MrFlood Ltd’s ATP survey.
Following this, we instructed MrFlood Ltd to undertake their Advanced Environmental Reset service. The results were outstanding. Not only was the premises left exceptionally clean, but they were also able to clearly demonstrate—through follow-up ATP sampling—that their work had been effective, which we found very reassuring and impressive.
As an added bonus, the entire premises now smells fantastic.
We would highly recommend their services—10/10.

2026-04-04Patrick from Mr Flood Ltd was excellent from start to finish. He carried out a very thorough damp and moisture survey and clearly explained the extent of the damage and what needed to be done. The report provided was detailed, professional, and exactly what was needed.
He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. I felt confident in his assessment and appreciated the level of detail and care he put into the work.
Highly recommend if you need a proper, reliable assessment done.

2026-03-27Very professional service. I had a reasonably sized mold issue after long term leak/flood. Mr Flood performed a survey and sent me a comprehensive report detailing the damage, water levels, and exactly what would be the works needed to remediate it. All pricing was quoted upfront prior to works taking place. The repairs were also clearly explained to me, along any impact of works that were optional or nice to have rather than strictly necessary. Also very responsive whenever I had questions. Cost wise was reasonable as well - justified for the service I received. I would definitely recommend Mr Flood for any mold/water damage problems.

2026-03-19This company is genuinely one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! We had a flood from our loft, causing utter devastation throughout the whole house and were absoloutley lost. Not knowing what to do we turned to Chat Gpt and asked for the best flood restoration companies in london, and Mr Flood Ltd was at the top (and we can now see why!).
We gave them a call and they took care of it from start to finish and even helped me with my insurance and made what felt like the end of the world an easier situation to manage with all there support! We are so grateful for their services and would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking help!

I had the pleasure of calling on Mr Flood and his team after our home was badly flooded following the storm. They arrived incredibly quickly and worked through the night with such dedication, it was truly impressive to watch. From the moment they arrived, they took control of the situation, making sure our belongings were safe and doing whatever was needed to stop things from getting worse, keeping us up to date throughout.
They brought in all sorts of equipment, much of which I can’t pretend to understand, but it clearly did the job! As the majority of my possessions were dry by the time they left!! They managed to get all the water out, cleaned everything thoroughly, and set up machines to help dry the house before they left. What really stood out was how tidy they left the place, even taking away the rubbish, which I didn’t expect and then he went the extra mile to sit and explain the whole ordeal to my insurance company, which took 90% of the stress off of my shoulders as he knew everything to say, which sped things up massively!
And, I must admit, I was genuinely surprised to find out his name is actually Mr Flood, it seemed almost too perfect given the circumstances! To top it all off, the price was nearly half of what other companies had quoted us that day. An outstanding service from start to finish, 2 weeks and my house is dry and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!

2025-04-18Mr. Flood was an absolute professional and a true gentleman. He responded to my inquiry on very short notice and made time in his schedule within hours to quickly assess and remediate a serious mold issue. From the moment he arrived, he treated the situation with care and clarity—explaining not just what he saw, but what it meant for my health and next steps.
His calm presence, humorous and respectful demeanor, and genuine concern for my wellbeing all stood out immediately. He went above and beyond to walk me through the deeper root of the problem, and in a moment of stress, he brought a sense of confidence, trust, and integrity.
I can’t recommend his services highly enough. If you’re dealing with mold or damp, Mr. Flood is the man you want in your corner 10 times out of 10.

2025-04-04After having a house fire, the last thing I wanted was to be ringing up company after company getting quotes for work I didnt really understand. I sent an email and recived a reply almost instantly, packed with information on the services I required which helped me to understand it all. A time was agreed, to which they arrived 30 minutes early and the work carried out is nothing short of amazing. Everything is now ready to be sent over to my insurance which I thought would take weeks! Brilliant company and amazing results!! Thank you!!

2025-03-29Words can’t fully express how much we appreciate Mr. Flood’s incredible service! After trying five to seven cleaning services in the area, I can confidently say that none compare to his expertise—it’s a seven-star experience.
But he doesn’t just clean—he works magic! I requested a painting quote to freshen up our space, and instead of jumping straight to painting, he cleaned the walls so thoroughly that they looked freshly painted!
Beyond cleaning, he can fix and restore almost anything, making it look brand new. Plus, his emergency service is a lifesaver—yes, it costs extra, but the peace of mind of knowing we have reliable support for plumbing, painting, cleaning, and more is worth it.
Hands down, it is the best service we’ve ever had, I highly recommend!
