We were recently called out for an end of tenancy clean and clearance at a property that required a thorough refresh before the next tenant could move in. The previous occupants had left behind unwanted items, rubbish, and general clutter, making the property less than welcoming for new residents. 🚛
🔍 Assessment & Initial Findings
Upon arrival, we assessed the property to identify the key areas needing attention. The most affected spaces were:
The Kitchen 🍳: Grease build-up, food residue, and neglected appliances.
The Bathroom 🚿: Limescale, soap scum, and general wear from daily use.
Living Areas 🛋: Leftover rubbish, dust accumulation, and scuffed surfaces.
