We were recently called out for an end of tenancy clean and clearance at a property that required a thorough refresh before the next tenant could move in. The previous occupants had left behind unwanted items, rubbish, and general clutter, making the property less than welcoming for new residents. đźš›


🔍 Assessment & Initial Findings


Upon arrival, we assessed the property to identify the key areas needing attention. The most affected spaces were:


The Kitchen 🍳: Grease build-up, food residue, and neglected appliances.


The Bathroom đźšż: Limescale, soap scum, and general wear from daily use.


Living Areas 🛋: Leftover rubbish, dust accumulation, and scuffed surfaces.

Wiped down skirting boards, doors, and handles.


Freshened up windows for a crystal-clear view.
